ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.88/7 and 88/9 to the extent of 15 cents and 46 cents respectively in Mathagiri Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District forthwith with the police protection if necessary.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. According to the petitioner, she submitted an application dated 20.08.2025 seeking to survey the property in S.No.88/7, 88/9 and also paid the fee for the survey. When the second respondent came to the petitioner's land and trying to demarcate the land the fourth respondent and some others interfered and caused interference, hence the present petition has been filed.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered on its merits and in accordance with law.

5. Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an enquiry. The first respondent is directed to provide reasonable opportunity during such enquiry to the petitioner and also to the other persons, who may be affected by such decision.
