ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give adequate compensation for the death of the petitioner's wife by electrocution in High Voltage electricity line, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025 is directed to be considered and disposed of by the respondents within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 6 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025 will be disposed of by the 4th respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
