Heard Ms.J.Roshini representing Mr.T.Balarathinakumar for petitioner and Mr.S.Ramesh for the 1st Respondent and Mr.A.K.Manikkam for Respondents No.4, 11, 12, 15, 20, 23, 29 & 38.

2. Mr.S.Ramesh reports that the Civil Revision Petitioner is proposing to take the bundle back from him. On 30.04.2026, I had informed the Civil Revision Petitioner that alternate arrangements would have to be made, and I listed the matter today (11.06.2026). Even after 11⁄2 months, alternate arrangements have not been made. A litigant cannot obtain an interim order and thereafter avoid proceeding further with the revision. The plaintiff has moved the vacate stay application and is insisting that the stay be vacated. 5/7

3. In the light of the above, the interim stay granted by this Court on 18.11.2025 is vacated. C.M.P.(MD)No.18633 of 2025 stands dismissed and C.M.P.(MD)No.20386 of 2025 stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to inform the Trial Court about vacating of the interim order forthwith.
