3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court dated 18.11.2025 made in Crl OP(MD) No.20488/2025 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
