To relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court by the order dated 22.10.2025 Crl OP.(MD). No.7042 of 2025 in respect of the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.7042 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.7042 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
