(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) These petitions are filed seeking to condone the delay of 340 days in filing the above writ appeals.

2. Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned Senior Counsel, accepts notice for the respondent and has no serious objection to the petition being allowed.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the application 3/5

and considering the nature of issue involved in this case and also considering the fact that the respondent has not raised serious objection, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
