ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.79 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.541 of 2022 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nagercoil. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
