ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents 2 to 5 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and pass appropriate order, this petition is filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the reason behind the petitioner's case is that he is involved in an NDPS case. He further submitted that, according to the prosecution, when the respondent waylaid the vehicle, the petitioner, who was driving the car, jumped out of the vehicle and escaped, while the other persons, who remained inside were arrested and taken into custody red-handed. 2/5

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court does not find any necessity to protect the petitioner.
