Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider petitioners representation dated 10.09.2025 to regulate the function of Thanjavur West Sarvodaya Sangh in accordance with its objectives and Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) guidelines in order to prevent further misuse of the Khadi Institutions assets within a time frame fixed by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025.
2. Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4

A perusal of the representation reveals that the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, had addressed a communication to the 1st respondent herein to initiate appropriate proceedings as against the alleged irregularity said to have been committed. Since, the representation is pending for the past three months, present writ petition has been filed.
4. In view of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the concerned parties. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
