The judgment of conviction and sentence rendered by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in S.C.No.19 of 2017, dated 06.11.2025 is set aside and the appellant is acquitted from all the charges. The appellant is directed to be released forthwith unless his detention is required in connection with any other case. Bail Bonds, if any, executed by the appellant shall stand cancelled.
