ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the 2nd respondent in CC NI Act 6650/2021 by the Honble Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act) Digital Court-01, South -East, New Delhi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act) Digital Court-01, South -East, New Delhi has already issued a non bailable warrant against the 2nd respondent. However, the first respondent failed to execute the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that a copy of the warrant has not been received till date.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to produce the non bailable warrant issued against the 2nd respondent by Honble Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act) Digital Court-01, South -East, New Delhi to the first respondent, within a period of one week from today. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the 2nd respondent in CC NI Act 2/4

6650/2021 by the Honble Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act) Digital Court-01, South -East, New Delhi, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the warrant by the petitioner.
