ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.6717 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.612/2025 dated 04.06.2025.

2.This Court vide order dated 04.06.2025 suspended the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner on the following conditions: "i. that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge cum Chief Judicial Magistrate,Srivilliputhur; ii. that the petitioner shall appear before the said Court once in a week, at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of appeal." 3.The petitioner in his affidavit stated that his daughter, who was taking care of him died on 06.10.2025, and that he is suffering from various health issues. Hence, he sought relaxation of the Condition No. 4(ii) of the aforesaid order.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this court on 04.06.2025 without any default.

5.Since the petitioner is suffering from various health issues, considering his age and that his daughter who was taking care him died, the condition No.4(ii) imposed in the above order is relaxed. Therefore, this court is inclined to relax the Condition No.4(ii) imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.6717 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.612 of 2025, dated 04.06.2025, to the effect that instead of reporting once in a week at 10.30 a.m., before the Special Judge Cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur, the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anticorruption, Virudhunagar District, once (i.e.) on the first working day of the English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
