The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint lodged before the 2nd respondent by considering the representation, dated 01.12.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.12.2025, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
