ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl..MP(MD) No.8874 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.620 of 2023 dated 28.08.2025

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, Chidambaram Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kandharvakottai Police Station once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal appeal.
