ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.7161 of 2024, dated 13.08.2025.
2. This Court by an order dated 13.08.2025 directed the petitioner to stay at Palani and report the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Palani, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition of this Court from 01.09.2025.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition. 5.In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner, to
stay at Palani and report the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Palani, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
