ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct the "Oru Oor Minnoli Kabadi Competition" on 11.12.2025 and 12.12.2025 at 8.00pm nearby Pappathi Oorani Arch situated in our Village situated at Valayavayal Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukottai District, by considering the representation dated 08.12.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that no such representation had been received from the petitioner and that, in the typed set of papers, the petitioner has not enclosed the receipt evidencing service of the representation.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application along with a copy of the order of this Court and the same shall be considered by the respondents.

5. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
