ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from proceedings further by the operation of the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.9261/2022/A4 dated 13.02.2023 with regard to petitioner's land in S.Nos.1063/2A, 1063/3A2 and 1063/3A1 of Sevugampatti Village, Nilakottai Division, Dindigul District and consequently direct the first respondent to dispose the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner on 10.03.2023 in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that no revision was filed by the petitioner before the first respondent to entertain.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already revision appeal was filed on 10.03.2025 which was sent by post.
5. Once the revision petition is filed either in person or through post, it is for the authorities to dispose the said revision.
6. However the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the officials have not received the appeal. A copy of the said revision appeal shall be given to the first respondent.
7. From the date of giving the copy of the said appeal, it shall be disposed of within a period of three months by the first respondent..
8. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
