The petitioners, with a grievance that the seniority list had not been drawn in a proper manner, filed appeals before the second respondent on 14.06.2025 and 16.06.2025 and also filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeals filed by them, within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition at the admission stage itself.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to take a call on the appeals filed by the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
