ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the first respondent from aiding any coercive action of the second respondent in respect of the petitioner's dwelling house situated in Old Survey No. 1727, Block - 4, WardD, Theni Allinagaram Town, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025.

2. This Court granted permission to move the petition as a lunch motion. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it was reported that the respondents had already proceeded further and demolished the petitioner's dwelling house. The said submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
