It is submitted by the petitioner that the present petition was filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.; however, it has been erroneously numbered as a Criminal Revision and listed before this Court.

2. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to list the matter before the appropriate roster Bench. If any corrections are required to be made in the present petition, the Registry is directed to carry (or) permit carrying out the necessary corrections.
