O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.55/3A2, 55/3C2, 55/12B and 55/14A, measuring an extent of about 2.31 acres, situated at Patchamalayankottai Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of the petitioner's Application No.2025/0123/13/017448 dated 06.12.2025, along with payment made vide Challan No.20221220006202 dated 20.12.2022, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. With the consent of parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been made for the demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application in Application No. 2025/0123/13/017448 dated 06.12.2025, along with payment made vide Challan No.20221220006202 dated 20.12.2022, demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All necessary parties shall be put on notice before conducting the survey. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
