Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent brings to my notice that the order of this Court in W.P. (MD)No.13201 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025 has been complied with. He further submits that though the application is in respect of two survey numbers, in respect of one survey number, patta has already been granted and in respect of other survey number, it has been rejected. 2.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of rejection of patta in respect of S.No.405/18A, in the manner known to law. 30.03.2026 Index: Yes/No.
