ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner has already filed an appeal before the first respondent questioning the eviction order.

3. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the appeal is disposed of, the eviction order shall not be enforced. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
