ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No. 299 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025 under Section 329(4) and 324(2) of BNS, 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as far as the petitioners/Accused 1 and 2 are concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.1046 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above C.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
