Prayer : This sub Application is filed under Section 151 of CPC, to dispensed with the personal appearance of the petitioner/2nd contemnor herein before this Court on 11.12.2025 pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court on 13.11.2025.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/contemnor would submit that Dr.A.Karuppasamy, shown as second respondent, retired from service on 31.10.2022 and Thiru.P.A.Naresh, is the present Director. He would further submit that the present Director was admitted in Apollo Hospital on night of 10.12.2025 and on medical ground claimed that his personal appearance may be dispensed with. The petitioner has produced the medical records to show that he was admitted in the Apollo Hospital, along with his application.

2.The present Director, Thiru.P.A.Naresh, is impleaded as second respondent suo motu in the place of Dr.A.Karuppasamy.

3. Considering the medical ground, this petition is ordered. The personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with for the present. 4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the papers and list the matter on 06.01.2026.
