This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family, and to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaints, dated 01.12.2025 and 08.12.2025 in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Based on the allegations against the petitioner, this Court is of the 2/4

considered opinion that, at this stage the petitioner is not entitled to get police protection.
