(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl..P(MD) No.7906 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.794 of 2022 dated 06.08.2024

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed in Crl..P(MD) No.7906 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.794 of 2022 dated 06.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal appeal.
