The petitioner, who was working as an Office helper has been dismissed from service, on certain allegations. Challenging the same, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by referring to the impugned order, dated 08.04.2025 submits that the order is a non speaking order and without any discussions. 3.The learned Standing Counsel submits that this petitioner has already filed an appeal as against the order of termination, before the Chief Engineer, Tirunelveli and the same is pending.

4.Since this petitioner has already invoked the appeal remedy, this writ petition is closed with liberty to this petitioner to work out her remedy based on the outcome of the appeal. The appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
