This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.832/2025 dated 26.11.2024 and 28.11.2025, in accordance with criminal law, in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2025, an enquiry was conducted and a First Information Report has been registered.
