ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, to dispose the case in Spl.S.C.No.77 of 2025 within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, to complete the trial in Spl.S.C.No.77 of 2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
