2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner not in a position to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Therefore, he seeks modification of the condition.

3. Considering the request of the petitioner, the Condition (b) in paragraph No.6 shall be replaced as follows:- ''b) the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."

4. Registry is directed to carry-out the necessary corrections in the order dated 16.12.2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.23042 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
