O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the 1st respondent to take necessary action with regard to the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2025, by following the principles of natural justice and within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the 2nd respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that since the 2nd respondent, who is the father of the petitioner, is trying to alienate the subject property, the petitioner has made a representation on 28.10.2025, in the form of objection petition, seeking to take necessary action with regard to transfer of the subject property.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that since the petitioner apprehends that the second respondent would alienate the subject property, he has filed a protest petition. He would further submits that if the second respondent 2/4

presented any document for transfer of property, after issuing notice to the petitioner, appropriate orders will be passed.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that in the present case, since the petitioner apprehends that the 2nd respondent would alienate the subject property, the petitioner made a representation in the form of protest petition on 28.10.2025. According to the petitioner, he is also having right over the subject property. Such being the case, if the second respondent presents any document for transfer of property, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner based upon the protest petition of the petitioner dated 28.10.2025 and thereafter, proceed the matter in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
