ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.148 of 2017 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 05.02.2026, the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, has sent the pendency report vide D.No.70/2026, dated 22.01.2026. The report reflects that from the year 2004, there are 536 I.As are pending and particularly from the year 2024, there are 310 I.A.s are pending in 337 Original Suits before the I Additional District Judge, Madurai.

3.Considering the pendency of I.As, the I Additional District Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose the application filed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.148 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. with the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
