This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned GO passed by the 1st Respondent in G.O.MS.No.216, Home (Police-XIX) Department, dated 16.07.2025.

2. The impugned G.O. was passed in respect of the properties attached and the case is pending before the TNPID Court, Madurai. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the TNPID Court for any relief. The petitioner is also at liberty to approach for mediation.
