PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3, particularly the second Respondent to take appropriate legal action / investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.12.2025 against the Respondents 4 and 5 under the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.

ORDER

For the very same set of facts, the petitioner has already filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20644 of 2025 and this Court recorded the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the dispute is civil in nature and the respondent police closed the complaint. Hence, this Court directed the respondent police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith and granted liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far, the closure report has not been served to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent police to serve the closure report to the petitioner and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
