No.121 of 2025, dated 11.11.2025 in detaining the detenu, under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a "Goonda" and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu, namely, Rajesh @ Rajeshkumar, s/o. Vijayakumar, male, aged about 25 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District, before this Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.8500 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department dated 17.12.2025 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
