ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Sub Court, Paramakudi to expeditiously hear the petition in EP.No.42 of 2022 in O.S.No.4 of 2011 and O.S.No.5 of 2011 on the file of Sub Court, Paramakudi.

2. This Court, vide order dated 10.02.2026, had directed the learned Sub Judge, Paramakudi, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Sub Judge Court, Paramakudi, had sent a report vide proceedings in D.No.183, dated 18.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2022 to till date, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 66 and the pendency of E.P in the year 2022 is 12.

Considering the fact that the present E.P is of the year 2022, the learned Sub Judge, Paramakudi, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the E.P.No.42 of 2022 in O.S.No.4 of 2011 and O.S.No.5 of 2011 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
