This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors / respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order 1/3
dated 05.03.2025 of this Court made in Crl.OP(MD) No.1798 of 2025.
2. Heard, the learned Counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. This Court by order dated 05.03.2025 directed the contemnor to file a final report before the concerned Court.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the charge sheet in C.C.No.01 of 2026 has been filed on the file of the learned EC Court, Thanjavur.
