This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025. 1/4

2. Mr.Sivanu Pandian, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner has made a representation on 15.10.2025, seeking to refix the property tax for the subject matter of schedule property as per the order passed by the Taxation Appellate Tribunal, Tirunelveli. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
