The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 59 days in filing the appeal, challenging the award made in M.C.O.P.No.271 of 2024, dated 24.06.2025 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, till the disposal of the appeal.

2. Heard both sides and also perused the records.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
