ORDER

The petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.A.(MD).No.1175/2025 dated 27.11.2025. 1/4

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 27.11.2025, granted bail to the petitioner, by directing him to stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforesaid condition till date.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the 1st respondent affirmed the fact of compliance of the aforesaid conditional order by the petitioner till date. 4.The Legal Aid Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that she has sent communications to the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant and he has raised no objections.

5.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 6.Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order dated 14.11.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified. 7.Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to stay at Villupuram and report before the Villupuram Town Police Station, on the first working of every English Calendar month 2/4

at 10.30 a.m., until further orders The other conditions imposed in the order dated 27.11.2025 remain unaltered.
