ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3092 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.293 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3092 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.293 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025, directing the petitioner to report before the Chengalpatti Town Police Station at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal appeal. The condition No. 4 imposed is also relaxed Page No.2 of 3
