This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16800 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for seven weeks and that the charge sheet has been filed.
