To relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 31.07.2023 in Crl M.P.(MD).No.6561 of 2023 in Crl R.C. (MD).No.444 of 2023.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6561 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.444 of 2023, dated 31.07.2023, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Additional Assistant Sessions Court, Tenkasi once in a week, i.e., on every monday at 10.30 AM until further orders.

2. Heard Mr.V.Sasi Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate for respondent.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 31.07.2023, regularly.

4. Since the condition imposed upon petitioner by this Court has been complied with, the condition No.6(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6561 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.444 of 2023, dated 31.07.2023 is modified as follows:-

"Petitioner shall report before the Additional Assistant Sessions Court, Tenkasi, once in a month on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

5.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
