Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed. However, allowing of the impleading petition would not confer any right upon the impleaded party to clam that they are School Committee.

2.Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the cause title of the main writ petition.
