O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to allow the petitioner to run the crushing unit by considering representation dated 21.07.2025 and 26.11.2025 within the time 1/4

stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is running a crushing unit. The respondent issued a notice dated 21.02.2025 as if the petitioner stored the minerals without proper permission and thereby, sealed the same and registered FIR. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner earlier filed W.P.(MD) No.8014 of 2025 before this Court, wherein this Court has directed the respondent to grant opportunity to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Regarding the same, the respondent conducted an enquiry and passed an order dated 12.09.2025 with various directions. After complying with the same, the petitioner has given a representation dated 21.07.2025 to permit him to run the crushing unit, which was not considered by the respondent. Again, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 26.05.2025. Since there is no response, this Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representations of the petitioner dated 21.07.2025 and 26.11.2025 would be considered in accordance with law. 2/4

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 21.07.2025 and 26.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
