ORDER

Today the matter came up for hearing under the caption "For being mentioned".

2. Paragraph No. 5 of the order dated 19.12.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23460 of 2025 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

shall be substituted by the following:

"5.Considering the nature of the allegations and the relationship between the parties, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the impugned FIR pending investigation. Accordingly, the impugned FIR in Crime No.558 of 2025 and C.C.No.958 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, are quashed in entirety and the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand only) each for establishing an E-Library to the credit of the MBHAA, in Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Branch, Account No. 496038755 IFSC No.IDIB000H040, MICR Code: 625019020, within a period of one week from today, failing which the Criminal Original Petition shall stand automatically dismissed. The joint compromise memo dated 18.12.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order."
