2. The earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court on merits. Even in that order, the Court had observed that there are no change in circumstances, when the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed. This is third anticipatory bail application. Now also there is no change in circumstances. Hence, there is no question of entertaining the present anticipatory bail petition.
