Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the stay petition filed by the petitioner in the proceedings in Na.Ka.P1/15333/2025 pending on the file of the first respondent within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the stay petition filed by the petitioner in the proceedings in Na.Ka.P1/15333/2025, pending on the file of the first respondent, within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Revision Petition is pending before the first respondent and that the Page No. 2 of 5
grievance of the petitioner is that though an Interlocutory Application was filed seeking stay, the same has been kept pending for a period of more than ten months.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondents submits that the Interlocutory Application would be disposed of within a period of six weeks .
5. This Court is of the view that if at all the first respondent is inclined to dispose of both the main Revision Petition and the Interlocutory Application, the same may be done. However, the Interlocutory Application filed by the petitioner cannot be kept pending for more than ten months, particularly when the Revision Petition is not at the stage of disposal. In view of the above and recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondents, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the Interlocutory Application within a period of six weeks. Needless to state that before passing any order, the petitioner, the respondents in the Revision Petition and other interested parties who may be affected by the decision shall be afforded an opportunity of being heard. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
