ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to visit UK for a period of 3 months from 24.12.2025 to 24.03.2025 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2024. 2.Admittedly, there is a case in Cr.No.2 of 2023 is pending as against the petitioner and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai. The petitioner already surrendered and subsequently obtained order from the concerned Magistrate Court. Now the petitioner filed the present petition and therefore, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to 2/4

approach concerned Magistrate Court by filing a necessary application. If petitioner files such application, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law.
